We aim to conduct our gemstone business fairly, transparently, and professionally. Because we specialize in natural gemstones, fresh sourcing, and newly cut material, our return standards are necessarily strict and protective of quality and authenticity.
1. GENERAL RETURN PRINCIPLE
Returns are accepted only in limited circumstances where there is a verified issue caused by us, such as:
Wrong item sent
Significant undisclosed production fault
Confirmed shipping mistake by our side
Proven discrepancy between agreed item and delivered item
Returns are not intended to function as an approval-based borrowing system, temporary inspection service, or post-use reversal of a sale.
2. NON-RETURNABLE SITUATIONS
We reserve the right to reject return requests where:
The gemstone has been worn, set, altered, chipped, scratched, repolished, recut, tested destructively, or otherwise modified
The customer simply changed their mind
The customer no longer wants the item after receiving it
The customer claims dissatisfaction based only on screen color difference where the product description was otherwise accurate
The gemstone has passed beyond the return notice window
The item was bought as part of a custom, special-order, consignment-like, or specially arranged transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing
We specialize in fresh, direct, natural gemstone material. We do not operate as a used-stone resale channel.
3. RETURN WINDOW
Customers must notify us of return-eligible issues within 7 to 15 days from confirmed delivery, depending on the case and item type. Earlier notice is strongly recommended. Delayed claims may be declined.
4. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEM
If a return is approved, the item must be sent back:
In original condition
Unused
Unmounted
With original packaging if applicable
With any original documentation, certificate, or labels where applicable
Any missing documentation or change in condition may reduce or void refund eligibility.
5. RETURN AUTHORIZATION
No item may be returned without our prior written approval. The customer must first contact us and provide:
Order information
Reason for return
Clear photos and/or videos
Any supporting evidence
We reserve the right to request more information before authorizing a return.
6. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
The customer is responsible for return shipping arrangements
Return shipping must be secure and trackable
Insurance is strongly recommended
Original shipping costs, insurance fees, payment charges, customs fees, taxes, handling fees, or other additional charges beyond the gemstone price are generally non-refundable.
7. REFUNDS
Approved refunds will usually apply only to the gemstone or eligible item value actually paid, excluding non-refundable operational charges unless required by law or agreed by us in writing.
Refunds are processed only after:
The item is returned
We inspect and confirm its condition
We verify that the claim is valid
8. FAIR RESOLUTION
We believe in fair customer support. Even where a strict refund may not apply, customers are encouraged to contact us so we can evaluate possible solutions. Such solutions remain at our discretion and may include discussion, clarification, adjustment, or other support where practical.
9. NO ABUSE
We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns in cases of suspicious behavior, repeated abuse, false damage claims, return manipulation, chargeback threats, or any conduct indicating misuse of our goodwill.
